    A MOSFET inverter is applied in our 160/200D series TIG arc welder to generate a suitable welding power source. To be more specific, incoming 50 or 60 Hz AC power first is rectified to DC and filtered and then is fed into the inverter to be converted back to high frequency AC. It is then fed to the main power transformer, where it is transformed into low-voltage, high frequency AC suitable for welding. Finally it is put through a filtering and rectifying circuit to obtain DC welding current.

    Our 160/200D series MOSFET inverter TIG welding machine supports TIG and MMA welding methods. It can be used to weld varieties of metals including carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, copper, titanium, etc.

     

    Features

    • Our MOSFET inverter TIG welding machine features auto compensation for voltage fluctuation, thus being able to withstand electric network fluctuations and ensuring stable welding current.

    • High frequencies and high voltages are applied for arc striking, ensuring fast dynamic response, ease of arc striking, stable and reliable arc and small welding spatter.

    • In MMA welding mode, built-in thrust regulation system is utilized to prevent arc extinguishing and reduce welding spatter.

    • The MOSFET welding machine also features a small size, lightweight, compact structure and beautiful appearance. Designed with a handle on the top, it is easy to be carried around. It is also designed with an innovative inclined control panel, making it convenient to adjust relevant parameters.
