    Our AC/DC series MOSFET inverter TIG AC/DC welder supports DC power source generated through one converting process and AC power source obtained through two converting processes. To generate suitable welding power source, incoming AC power first is rectified to DC and filtered and then is fed into the inverter to be converted back to high frequency AC, and then is fed to the main power transformer, where it is transformed into low-voltage, high frequency AC, and then be filtered and rectified to DC. Finally, it will be fed into the inverter again to generate AC.

    The TIG welding machine is cost-effective and it supports both TIG and MMA welding methods. It is suitable for welding varieties of metals including carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, copper, titanium, etc.

     

    Features

    • High frequency and high voltage are applied for arc striking, ensuring fast dynamic response, ease of arc striking, stable and reliable arc and small welding spatter.

    • In MMA welding mode, a built-in thrust regulation system is utilized to prevent arc extinction and reduce welding spatter.
