HK-8SS-G  Calandria Group Pipe Tube Connector Welding Machine

HK-8SS-G carriage＇s  welding position is in the middle of its body It is used in general welding, especially long horns of the welding.Carriage can weld while walking forward and backward.It is easy to move and install the carriage under different conditions due to its small volume and light weight.Carriage’s movements have high stability because of synchronous four-wheel drive.Start to weld when carriage is set on automatic control.Workmen those who have not be trained can also weld. Due to equipment’s miniaturization ,little weight and easy automatic operation, a workman without training  can do better by it than technical worker using normal welding machine. Equipped with fixator for welding gun, it can weld more stably to improve welding quality.


HK-8SS-G is made up of carriage body, guide wheel, torch handle, X-Y slide, torch wiggler and control box. 


carriage body：It is the frame of machine and carrier of others.
1.Car body: the driver of the carriage, including motor, planetary gearboxes, drive gear and so on.
2.Guide wheel driving wheel: wheel combination, walking along the surface of the work piece.
3.Control box：It can adjust all actions of carriage. Please refer to “explanation of control panel”. 
4.Traverse rod: works with Traverse City, adjust the welding torch distance around.
5.Handle: moving the appliance, hold the handle.
6.Cable: put the clamping power cables, winding so that it does not happen.
7.Horizontal moving device: in the welding seam using this device adjust the welding torch position, avoiding frequent moving of machines.
8. Lift seat: distance adjust the torch up and down.
9. Torch Fine tune slider: adjusting device for torch position, angle welding can weld trimmer.
10. Welding torch holder: is a fixed gun installation, repairs and adjustments are easy torch removal. The welding torch must clamp, be careful not to clip in the conductive part, can cause a short circuit or electric shock. 
11． Torch：User purchases, curved handle or straight handle. 

12. Artifacts: artifacts are going to carry out welding operations.
