HK-8SS-W Magnetic Swing-type Vertical Welding Automatic Tractor

Small Volume,light weight,and easy for movement and installation.Adopting built-in dustproof and anti-magnetization transamission system,simple structure,and long service life.

HK-8SS-W is made up of carriage body, guide wheel, torch handle, X-Y slide, torch wiggler and control box.

carriage body：It is the frame of machine and carrier of others.

1. Control panel: It can adjust all actions of carriage. Please refer to “explanation of control panel”.

2. Cable bracket: It can hold the cable on tail and power cable.

3. hand grips：Please hold this hand grip when you carry the machine.

4. X-Y moving slide：Use it to adjust the position of torch. In the process of welding, you can tune the torch up and down.

5.Wiggler connection socket

7. Guide wheel assembly: It rolls along the base metal surface and align the torch to the welding part.

8．Driving wheel

9. Plastic auxiliary handle: Before moving machine, you should pick the handle up and make the machine separate from steel panel. Then, hold the handle and move machine.

10. Wiggler: Control it to finish various welding mode

11．Fine-tuning device of torch:  It is easily to use it to align the torch to weld.

12. Welding torch gripper: It is used to fix the torch. You can take down torch by it, when you want to repair or adjust the torch.
