3. The product can easily realize the automatic advance and retreat function of the welding gun. Users can complete the whole set of functions of lowering the gun - arc starting - rotating welding - arc stopping - gun lifting without operating the lifting and lowering device of the welding gun alone.
4. The welding machine linkage function can be used together with welding robot and precision welding operation to realize linkage control.
5. The speed regulation range is wide, and the speed regulation range of the product is arbitrarily set between 0.01-5.00 rpm.
6. The welding rotation angle can be set between 0-999 degrees in either clockwise or counterclockwise direction.
7. The controller of the product is equipped with 10 sets of memory storage functions. After setting various parameters, it will automatically remember and extract when it is next started and used without further setting.

Features of HD series welding positioner

1.The rotation structure of positioner is driven by the name brand DC motor, while stepless speed  regulation can be achieved.

2.The turning structure of worm and gear has the function of self-lock, and the worktable can be turned  steplessly between 0-90°.
